Final policy details are being confirmed and will be published here before online booking opens.
Booking and payment
- Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.
- Prices include nightly rates, a cleaning fee and Texas hotel occupancy taxes, shown separately before you pay.
- Deposit and payment schedule: to be confirmed.
Cancellations and refunds
- Cancel 5 or more days before check-in for a full refund.
- Cancel less than 5 days before check-in for a 50% refund.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Check-in and check-out
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
- Self check-in details are sent before arrival.
House rules
- No parties or events without written approval.
- Respect quiet hours and our neighbours.
- Pets, smoking and the maximum number of guests: listed on each home once confirmed.
